We need your help.  In order for us to continue to offer low-cost or free workshops and free webinars, we need funds.

Here’s how YOU can help.  Complete a 5K on your own time and on your own schedule. If you don’t reach the 5K goal, that’s okay as well. Just do what you can.

TAKE YOUR DOGGIE WITH YOU – if you have a dog.  Share photos of yourselves walking with your furry friend.
