In-stock items typically ship within 1-3 business days. Our goal for customer service is to under-promise and over deliver.

Packages are shipped via USPS. As soon as your shipment is in the hands of a postal carrier, we are no longer in control. The USPS does not provide us with different information than they provide you with the tracking number. Delivery time for in-stock merchandise at standard shipping rates is 4 to 10 business days. 


Expedited Shipping Rates to US

  • One Business Day: starts at $35.00 + the standard rates above
  • Two Business Days: starts at $30.00 + the standard rates above
  • Three Business Days: starts at $25.00 + the standard rates above

Expedited shipping requests must be received by 11:30 a.m. Eastern Time Monday through Friday. Expedited delivery is not available to P.O. Boxes, APO addresses, or International Orders. One business day delivery requests placed on Friday before 11:30 a.m. Eastern Time will arrive on Monday.  Backordered items are not available for Expedited Shipping.

Sales Tax

In Maryland, 6% sales tax will automatically be added to your order. If tax exempt, please call 410-296-0232 or email to place your order.


Purchase Orders & IDA Branch Orders

Please send Purchase Orders via email to or fax to 410-321-5069. Purchase orders will not be accepted over the phone. Shipping rates may vary from online orders rates.

Please note: Payment must be received before Purchase Orders can be shipped.


Clearance & Sale Items

All clearance and sales items are sold as is and non-returnable/refundable.


Damaged or Return Items

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please call 410-296-0232 or email within 30 days of the shipping date for return authorization. Return shipping cost must be paid by the customer. Products must be returned in new condition. Please include a copy of your invoice or packing slip to ensure proper credit. Refunds may take up to 30 days to process. Please note: There is a 5% restocking fee that will be deducted from any refunds.
