Presenter: Jennifer Kopp Parks, M.Ed.

Jennifer Parks, M.Ed., has 20 years of experience teaching elementary and middle school students with dyslexia and related reading difficulties. She holds a Master’s Degree in Elementary Education and is a Wilson Dyslexia Therapist with Level 1 & Level 2 certification. As a Wilson Credentialed Trainer, Jennifer trains and certifies individuals in the Wilson Reading System. For the past fifteen years, she has volunteered at local and national events as a member of the International Dyslexia Association. Additionally, she has served as both Vice President and President of the IDA-GA Board of Directors and as the International Dyslexia Association Southern Region Representative. The multitude of students who have flourished thanks to Jennifer’s dedication to inspire, engage, and mentor serves as a testimony to her expertise and passion for making a difference. Jennifer currently serves as the Specialized Reading Program Coordinator at Saint Francis Schools, where she has been teaching since 2008. When she’s not teaching, training, or volunteering, Jennifer enjoys spending time with family and friends.
